11/7/22 - I initially reached out to Mike's for a repair estimate on my old radiator system that's been in my house for who-knows-how-long. I knew there were issues and had been putting it off for a number of years. The thoroughness of the estimate was the first thing that impressed me with this company: they gave me 4 options for how to deal with what needed to be fixed from the-bare-minimum-to-get-me-through-this-season to a full-on replacement of everything. We moved into our house 2 years ago, its over 18 years old. They have done all the mechanical work. JoJo, Lani and Jon kept us and our work on track. Had the A/C and furnace replaced last year, this year it was the air exchanger and humidifier. Ben was great with the service and estimates, Abe was the installer and worked all day to finish it up. These people really cared about our house and made extra sure we were happy! Cannot recommend enough!
