Carter was on time, checked out our old water softener and we decided we needed to replace it. He was back a week later to install the new one, even took out the salt from the old one and put in the new one! We would highly recommend him! Answered all our questions and said we could call any time with questions we had!
I am dealing with needing to relocate a water heater due to other basement work. Carter and Ben were both so very helpful in answering all of my questions and explaining my options. Suggestions were made without pushy sales and my appointment for an estimate was incredibly accommodating. I will use them in the future without a doubt!
My mechanic was AMAZING. He was so nice and personable and explained the issue to me so I know what to do moving forward. It is normally $150 fee for them to come out, but he put me on a maintenance plan to save me money!
