“I have known and been going to Shannon for my hair, both cut and color for over 12 years (before she moved into the Hair Gallery with Lisa). When I say my hair is challenging, I mean it. It’s super fine, thinning, graying (okay nearly all gray) and curly-wavy. It’s not easy to cut curly hair nor is it easy to make fine hair look full especially with curls, but Shannon has magic fingers and cutting shears and I always leave feeling beautiful inside and out. Why “out” you ask? Because simply put, Shannon will fill your spirit with encouragement, beauty, laughter and joy while she preforms her magic on your tresses.Shannon is a finely trained chemist when it comes to color. She knows what colors to choose and which processes to use to achieve the look you want. She patient and knowledgeable enough for you to describe your ideas and thoughts and she brainstorms a plan with you.I have seen countless, lovely clients walk out of the salon beaming with and ear to ear smile, joy in their step and a hug for “until next time”. Shannon is skilled and experienced in all types of hair; men, women and children. I shouldn’t even be leaving a review because I’ll never get in to see her again!!As I have aged, my hair has a kind of its own and it’s continually changing. It also grows incredibly fast. Even though I got my hair cut 5 weeks ago, it wasn’t doing what I needed it to do…it grows too fast! I asked if we could try something different with layering my hair…. It’s absolutely amazing!
