I have used their tailoring services on several occasions and have found them to do a great job every time. She is professional when she does the measurements, is very communicative through email, and is reliable on when she tells you when your clothing is ready to get picked up. She gives you the scraps she cut with your finished clothes that I assume if you wanted her to later fix you can provide her. I have never done that but I appreciate that is an option.I appreciate I can pick up my finished pieces in her secured box outside her business as well. my work can be challenging to pick up the items in the daytime. Danni did an excellent job with altering my husbands military uniform and did it quickly so that it would be ready for a funeral. She offered convenient pickup so that I could come pick up our order when I worked for me which made a huge difference. Will go back to her for any tailoring needs in the future!
I used Trester Tailor to replace the zipper on my winter parka. Danni did an assessment to see if the zipper slider could be fixed or if the entire zipper needed to be replaced. It needed replacement. She gave me options and a cost estimate with no pressure.The zipper replacement was completed very quickly and within the estimated budget. I could not be happier with the quality of work and service I received!
