She is professional when she does the measurements, is very communicative through email, and is reliable on when she tells you when your clothing is ready to get picked up. She gives you the scraps she cut with your finished clothes that I assume if you wanted her to later fix you can provide her. I have never done that but I appreciate that is an option.I appreciate I can pick up my finished pieces in her secured box outside her business as well. my work can be challenging to pick up the items in the daytime. She also doesn't make you pay up front if you are not comfortable unlike her competitor. The only thing when booking her services she may be booked a month out so you need to plan ahead of time for your alterations and not Wait until the last minute. She does go out of town but does update her website occasionally if she is gone. However her website she is very upfront about timing and if you need a special occasion outfit (wedding dress)to be altered how long it could take.“
