My husband delt with the situation as I was at work but my husband said many kind words about the experience and my husband is hard to please or even set a positive impression upon.

Tech Caleb had a cancellation and spent 15min at most to simply install the part. He was great. As for the folks that answer the phones, your company should provide the means to invoke necessary expediting when customers don't get service appointments twice and end up with a third appointment 2wks later from the original slot when it was not the fault of the customer. Your 'system' is simply catering to the convenience of your people and not the inconveniences experienced by your customers. I would be interested in discussing further my frustrations with this unfortunate experience. Thanks for your tech saving the day
