We purchased a water dispensing system but to our dismay when we got home and opened it up, It appeared as though someone bashed it all in with a bat. I am so disappointed after the so-so customer service experience. They are grossly understaffed and hardly anyone was available to help out on the floor then all that money spent on something I needed to get but it's unusable. Then they closed 19 minutes before I made it back home. What a horrible way to close the night. Thanks Wal-Mart Sams Club for all the bullshit. They check to see if you stealing but don't bother checking if their products are even any good.

Nicely, but sometimes they do change the spot which very hard to find your items. And be careful some items are more expensive than other stores. Or you pay more than for the old models which could be less

The optical department is soooooooo slowwwwwwww!!! My sons appointment took over an hour and that was opting out of the dialation drops. They gave him trial contacts. After he tried them I called to get the prescription. Was told to come in. I signed something and was told that after the dr signed off we could get the prescription. They then called me later and said they could order them. I was called when they came in. I have stopped by there 3 times already and still don't have the contacts. They are always with other customers!!! I will never go here again!
