Incredible doctors…I have been struggling through another doctors bad eye exam from two years before, thinking I was just getting older…turns out my prescription was too heavy…a few adjustments and I’ve ditched the readers. Save yourself the trouble and just go to Rochester Family Eye Care to begin with. From someone who has been in contacts for 40 years, it is the best experience I’ve ever had.
Everyone at RFEC is wonderful from the front desk to the providers. We were immediately welcomed and checked in. It's so nice to have staff engage with customers. After my daughter's visit, her provider came out to the lobby to share an update with me, answer my questions, and share the contact ordering discount. It was a great experience.
Kelly is an amazing person to work with. She has helped my husband and I select frames for 10 pairs of glasses. When she fits your glasses, she does it right the first time. In addition, we love her sense of humor. We will always work with her!
