I have received laser hair removal at several other med spas in Rochester but my experience with Pat at A New You was by far the best. Unlike other places in town, A New You uses laser technology instead of IPL, which better targets the hair follicles. Pat is so sweet and knowledgeable as she has been doing this for a long time. I can’t recommend them enough!
I got my armpits and my Brazilian area done here. They were great! Very professional, clean, safe, and informative. Told me exactly what to expect and appointments worked around my schedule. Highly recommend!
