Carmen has done my taxes here the last few years... She is quick, smart, knowledgable, answers all my questions, etc.. I also think the rest of the staff here is great! Very personal service, quick to respond on calls, etc... Not to mention, I believe they are rather affordable for the level of service you get. I couldn't recommend this establishment enough. Everyone here does a great job. I hope to stay with this company long term!
When we moved to Minnesota from Texas, this firm prepared our federal and MN state returns in a very professional, timely, and friendly manner. We were extremely satisfied with the service and cost!
The guy that does my taxes here looks more miserable every year. I scheduled an appointment to sit down with him to go over any tax questions I may have and I honestly felt like I was just a waste of his time. He didn't really want to explain anything and wasn't friendly. The prices here are a little more than elsewhere, a CPA should at least put on a smile for what I'm paying him.
Probably going to go elsewhere where I feel more appreciated as a customer.
