I have been receiving care at Northgate Chiropractic for over a year now. The staff are very professional, attentive, and are committed to assisting you in overcoming your pain or limitation to the greatest extent possible. I primarily see Dr. Macioce and he is an excellent practitioner. I have also seen Dr. Love on occasion with similar results. I have also been receiving massage therapy from Jamie Hicks and he is outstanding! There are many chiropractic options available in Rochester, but I would put the staff at Northgate up against any of them. They are simply the best!
The only place I go for my chiropractic needs, friendly and knowledgeable staff. Appointments are easy and hassle free. If you feel chatty they will chat if you are quiet they leave you be. Fantastic therapies and treatments, the adjustments are precise and well executed. The massage therapist is top rate experienced and very polite with good knowledge of the muscular system. The massage room is mellow and dim lit with soft instrumental music that sets the tone for the experience. Such a relaxed and easy place.
I've gone to Northgate for a number of years and have always been impressed with Dr. Liz, Dr. M, and the best-in Rochester massage therapists Kirstin Burton and Jamie Hicks. I previously saw Dr. Liz and followed her when she moved to Northgate, and am glad I did. I always feel welcome, and the service provided by the chiropractors and massage therapists is top-notch. For someone that has extremely severe back and neck issues, this place keeps me going day-to-day.
Special shout-out to Jamie, very personable and always enjoy discussing literally everything from family to world events with him while getting a message or acupuncture.
