I checked reviews before I went and saw so many positive reviews I thought it would be a great experience. The ladies were very warm and welcoming. The salon was very clean and well run. My dip is one of the worst I have ever had. The sides began lifting immediately. The shape is odd and uneven. I asked her to please be gentle as I have very weak nails, but she used her dremel tool many times to get the old polish off. I was happy to wait longer in the solution. My cuticles are scabby today from bleeding after she used the dremel on them. I’m sorry, but I don’t recommend

In my opinion, this is the absolute BEST nail salon in Rochester for manis and pedis. Being a native to Rochester, I have tried many of the nail salons and have not found anything that comes near the quality of Miracle Nails. All of the women are very kind, have great attention to detail, and are meticulous. Their focus is the customer; the customer's comfort, and the quality of the service. They do accept walk-ins, but I generally call ahead of time. They have a small staff and they are locally owned. For years I went elsewhere but someone recommended Hannah so requested an appointment. Personalized attention rather than being an assembly line of getting a mani or pedi. As I sat there being pampered I can honestly say anyone there is 5 Star.
