I had the privilege of working with Joey he is very helpful and patient considering I brought in my mom 3 times to do her taxes plus mine and my gf thanks for everything, 4 years now with Jackson Hewitt no reason to stop !
I visited the Rochester Mn office twice. Stephanie was outstanding in preparing my taxes. Because of the unusual fed refund I doubted some entries. I was wrong. Besides being professional, Stephanie was easy to converse with, outgoing, extremely pleasent to be with and absolutely correct. My apologies for questioning her work. Because of my doubt, my second visit was to confirm the return.
