Pedro was almost an hour late due to a previous job; I had to call the office to ask about the situation when he did not come at the appointed time. He did a great job on my living room carpet. With the help of a fan and outside ventilation, the carpet was dry within 2 hours.

15 /10 Great job! I wouldnt have believed they would be able to remove spots and stains unless i had seen it with my own eyes, but they did! Justin and Caleb were Frendly and professional. Will definitely call them again! Highly recommend!!!

Lived in Rochester for many years before moving to Florida, and this place was the best cleaner and the best service I ever experienced. The guy would personally deliver their famous spray carpet cleaner to my house. Just purchased a part-time condo back in Rochester and have booked them for grout cleaning. Wish they were in FL for my primary residence. Unparalleled experience.
