Jeremiah was always on time, responsive to text, and often answered his phone directly. He was very low-pressure sales, yet offered to do the most extra at no extra charge - such as converting the roof vents to ridge vents, and venting where there was no vent previously. The crew was on time, courteous, professional, quick, and very good at constantly cleaning up. My antenna was put back exactly in place - without the need to reposition it.
