I cannot say enough about how wonderful Bob was. I have an old home and have been tracking down antique faucet parts for months and nobody else in town knew how to help me. One phone call to Gander Plumbing and Bob helped solve my problem the next day. He was so professional and knowledgeable. I honestly didn’t think it was possible to find such genuine, friendly and affordable service. He was so easy to communicate with, I’ll never go anywhere else in Rochester!

On possibly one of the coldest stretches in long long time, I had pipes freeze and burst in my rental property. Of course, every plumber in town was backed up with similar calls, but the Gander crew put me on standby and lucky for my tenants, they were able to get out the very next day and fix the problem and at a reasonable cost. Then just a couple days later, the toilet had problems. Again, they were very responsive. I will be using Gander again with confidence. Thanks!

Gander Plumbing recently completed a bathroom remodel for us. It went so smoothly I wondered why I did not do earlier. The work done by Gander is top notch and it looks brand new. We absolutely love it and working with them was so easy. Thank You!!!!
