Can't believe I paid $200 to look like a fugitive who cut their hair in the middle of the night with a hand mirror. Katie Laudon, you should be ashamed of yourself for destroying my hair and stealing my money. It will take over 6 months to grow back the 6+ inches you "hack" off. BUT, ENJOY SPENDING MY MONEY!

I had booked Gabi R. Studio for my wedding hair and makeup. Planning a wedding amidst a pandemic has been very difficult and was made worse when she canceled on me 5 weeks before my wedding, claiming it is due to COVID. This virus has been a factor since March, and the decision to cancel should have been made earlier in order to give me ample time to find someone else. I am very understanding of her need to cancel due to COVID, but leaving a bride high and dry 5 weeks before her wedding is poor customer care.

I had a great time today with Gabi! She makes sure you're comfortable when you're in her chair & delivers desired results!!! I'm in love with my hair & will definitely be going back to her!
