FloRae's is hands down the best salon in the area. They can do any haircut, color, or style you want and take the time to do it the way you desire. Any stylist you choose will be amazing. Highly recommend. Nikki did the cut and style for me most recently and I was blown away! Update 2/17/22: This is the only salon I go to. Consistent amazing cuts and perfect service. Still extremely happy! Update 6/3/22: Shawn, Nikki, and Natalie have all cut my hair and trimmed my side shave. All the staff here are very highly trained and wonderful to work with.

As a wedding photographer, I've worked with a lot of hair and make up artists, so I feel confident saying that on your wedding day, you deserve someone who will not only listen to your desires, but also is creative enough to infuse their services with a unique personality that creates a one-of-a-kind experience. That's exactly how your wedding day should feel: Like a one-of-a-kind dream. This is why I love it when I see hair and make up completed by Rochester's own FloRae's Salon on Third: I know that when I see Nikki and crew on site, good things are happening. I could talk about all the good things that are obvious (hair looks great and stays in place all day, the makeup is flawless and also is set for the whole celebration), but what I love most about FloRae's wedding work is how seamless they are into the day. Not only are they professional, but they are incredibly personable. They flow with the getting ready events so fluidly, it's not only their makeup that is flawless. They are complete joys to work with, and if I say that as a fellow vendor, imagine how amazing it would be for you to be in their chair. You will not be disappointed by wedding hair and make up by FloRae's!
