It took almost 2 weeks of back and forth to get them to straighten the error out, which was very frustrating. In the end, they issued the credit to our account.We've had two other accounts with them for many years and we were quite satisfied with them, so this recent issue's resolution hassle was unexpected.Aside from the issue we will continue with Morgan Stanley due to flexibility the accounts offer.“
