I needed service for my AC and got prompt attention that identified the problem. Duke did a great job with that, including a thorough, follow up check for the upcoming heating season.
Super nice people! I got a bird in my chimney and was stuck in my chimney where we couldn’t get to it. Craig came out twice in the same day and tried to help me get it out. We weren’t successful, but I have a plan in hopes it flies up a ways again. However, they’re coming back out tomorrow to put a cover on my chimney to prevent this from happening again!
Craig did an excellent job diagnosing the problem and Mike did an outstanding job with the repair. The exhaust pipe from our range hood to the roof was leaking in very cold weather. I could not be happier. Will be the first company I call in the future.
