I've been taking my family to Apollo for several years now. Always been happy with their service. I was surprised to see a 3.1 rating. I Started reading some of the complaints and was surprised at the level of entitlement.....

I do not recommend. I have been going to Apollo since forever ago and just recently have had a very bad experience. I called to reschedule my teeth cleaning and was told we are scheduling out to the end of the year. I am not waiting that long for a cleaning. I called another dental facility and was scheduled for end of next month. I also couldn't get a dental appointment same day as my son with Apollo. Worst customer service, and receptionist answering the phone should provide their name when answering. My family will no longer go here.

I have really bad anxiety when it comes to dentists and medical tools near/in my mouth. I dread going to the dentist whenever my appointment rolls around. My appointment in 2021 was the best appointment ever. Whoever did my cleaning must've been a student because they sensed my anxiety and instead of just going all in, they took the time to show me each took up close and tell me what they were doing with it. I didnt realize they must've been a student when I booked another appointment with them as when I had my appointment in 2022, the person they gave me was definitely not the one I had previously seen.
