Brent (in La Crosse WI) cleared years of debris from our heating ducts. This job kept him intently occupied for four solid hours. As he completed this, he also quickly and expertly handled my often-stupid questions. (Oh, and then he very kindly released my cat from 'detention', when done.) The carpet was cleaned previously by another company and they were unable to remove all stains. Then we had water flood the apartment. America's Best cleaned the carpet and were able to remove all stains and now the carpet looks new.
