They do good nails but tend to get rude and short if you question what you’re paying for… which I think is caused by a language barrier. The staff was clearly irritated I wanted to be clear on what I was paying for.
I have been going to Dragon Nails for years. The owner Kim is very friendly and she cares about her customers. The technicians are nice and experienced. I highly recommend a spa pedicure at Dragon Nails...sit back and relax!! ?
Cleanliness: Nice, clean salon
Out of the many nail places I've tried throughout Minnesota and Wisconsin, this has been one of my most favorite.
I've only gotten pedicures here, but they were a great experience, relaxing and well done. The nail prep and gel polish used on me keeps the polish on my toes for a very long while.
My only knock is the price, as I didn't find it be consistent with each visit, though I requested different pedicure packages - this may be me misunderstanding.
All in all, I definitely recommend this spa and the staff members apart of it - they are so sweet!
