The spa was cleaned and the attendants were so helpful and always checking the area and refilling the resources. They walk you through the process prior to starting and make sure you feel comfortable. You can add on other services like facials, scrubs, and massages, too. I found this spa to be more affordable than others! I will say it does get a little crowded but other than that it was great.“

At first, I kind of felt there was a lack of a warm welcome… but let’s start with my scheduling: didn’t go so smooth as there was an error the first time so I went through and did it again. Second time I accidentally scheduled for 10/10 instead of 10/8. So when I went into what I thought was her appointment they let me know it was for 10/10. They sort of seemed crabby. I was worried being we were only in the cities until 10/9… But they were able to get my daughter in the next day luckily! Come the next day, we were running late. I called and they said there was a 10 minute grace period, otherwise we have to reschedule— luckily again, there was an opening not too much later than her original time that they got us in for. My daughter was beyond excited and when we showed up, everything went great actually. We had Tia who took care of my daughter, and she was very kind and patient with my 3 year old. Tia made small talk with her and acknowledged her crazy answers. I think Tia did an awesome job working with my daughter. My daughter was so happy with the final look and got lots of compliments as we went through the mall.

I made the mistake of misscheduling and being late— but it all worked out! Other than feeling as if they were crabby that first day, we 100% loved our first time here! Tia was great. Seeing my daughters excitement and smiles makes it totally worth it. It was a fun little experience and I hope we are able to stop by again the next time we are in town! :)“
