“I have the utmost respect and admiration for Linh’s incredible customer service, talent and dedication to making her clients feel seen. I often see throughout many scenarios that most businesses don’t truly care their clients but just to make a quick buck. But Linh is different as you can sense it right away and even when you leave after that she truly cares about quality.

I have never done eyelash extensions before and grew tired of wearing strip lashes so I decided to google search someone who does anime style lashes. I came across Linh’s business and with the 5 star reviews, I decided to give her a try! I had a great experience as she made me feel very comfortable and her hands are extremely gentle. However, when I left home that day, I wasn’t sure how I felt about the outcome because I have unique small eyes, and only certain styles look good on me. I quickly reached out to her and she immediately told me I could come in the next day. But after some reflection, I decided to cancel the follow up. A few days later, the lashes naturally adjusted (as with anime style you have to constantly use a clear mascara to make them wispy, I decided not to do that) and ended up loving the way it looked so much more!

So I reached out to Linh once more if she could customize the next session to my liking. I gave her a simple drawing I drew and she was able to squeeze me in just right before the holidays. At the end of the session, I absolutely loved the outcome and it was exactly what I wanted! I appreciate it when business owners go the extra mile to truly listen to what their client’s needs without the judgement or need to have authority over their work. I can tell Linh works really hard so I hope she takes time to get a break for herself too.

I’d recommend Linh and her business to everyone and anyone who’s interested in doing lash extensions. I wear much much less make up than I have ever before and it’s all thanks to Linh’s outstanding work. “This is in response to the review a few hours ago by Timothy Bands. First of all, I'm usually the only white person there also and I'm always treated very well.
Secondly, Tiwanna is from Gary, Indiana, so I don't know what you heard (maybe voices on your head?) but she only speaks English.
Thirdly, if you had on mascara when you came in for your appointment, like I did, you have to wash that stuff off before you get your lashes or they're not going to stick well. Or if there's some goop on your lashes, same thing. It's just standard practice.

I've been coming regularly to see her for about 2 months, every 3 weeks, and her fingers have never smelled like anything, so perhaps sensory hallucinations also?
