I like everything about this company! Joe and Trevor were out today (Joe has been here before for a different problem, and he remembered exactly what he had done before and marked with a marker which lines went to which spigot for me because I couldn't remember! ) and I LOVE that they check things out and then give you your options and DO NOT PRESSURE you to decide what to do!! The prices are very reasonable and the guys are SO NICE and friendly NOT PUSHY. And they were ready to do what needed to be done TODAY!! Kevin came out and we had to make a difficult decision to keep our micro filtering system at our current home because the new homes filter for the furnace was much smaller. So One Hour heating and air did a great job giving us a discount to place a new system in our new home. They made this experience much more easy to live with which I give Kevin(supervisor) credit for keeping their customers as satisfied as they can. Great job. Kevin Turner did a wonderful job explaining what I should be doing right now with the micro filtering system to remove any paint smells from new house and as usual did a professional job making sure we were satisfied. Having someone able to come out within hours of a broken AC was great service. Add to that meeting Fonta, a great technician that went above and beyond in the visit - showing us what we needed to do at home to also take care of our furnace/AC was great! He helped us make informed decisions about our issues and options. Thanks Fonta!
