“Toni Ternus is an amazing help for us. Also, it is because of Achieve that I can continue with my PCA for so long without switching to find a PCA who knows the care I need.“
“I see Dr felty podiatry every 3 weeks. Friendly nurses, Dr Benjamin felty is very knowledgeable he's been helping me with my diabetic foot care for over a year now I definitely recommend him.“
“Angie is absolutely AMAZING!I’ve had many massages over my life but never like hers. I’m 64 and though I try to take great care of myself, I regularly have knots in my neck, shoulders and back due to carrying my little grandchildren. She has provided life changing comfort and I never want her to leave her profession! I’m deeply grateful for her.“
“I have gone to several clinics for hip issues in the past 25 years, but found answers with Dr. Morgan. Dr. Morgan helped me in the last 15 years to deal with arthritis and eventually get a new hip. He did an amazing job through the years.“
“I had to bring my two year old with me for an appointment for my 8 month old and it was far from easy! A nurse came and sat with my oldest while my youngest had to get blood drawn! They gave him a bouncy ball and a little dog toy! I couldn’t have been more thankful for the help I received today!“
“Great place to go when your sick. Friendly Staff; favorite PA-C Jodi Mikkelson!❤️“
“I have been going for care for almost a year. Started going because I had breast cancer. From the beginning and to the end I was respected by all staff. Everyone I encountered made me feel special and they cared how I was doing. Great Teamwork. Thank You all“
“Dr. Rosenthal does a great job taking care of my teeth and is very friendly. On this last visit she re-cemented a crown for me.“
“Had a horrible experience with our first pediatrician from a different clinic and had such a hard time finding one we felt we could trust. Coming here was the best decision. The dr we have started bringing our kids to listens and seems to really care about our kids.“
“Dr. Smith is an awesome doctor. Being seen by him is unlike going to a typical doctor's office these days. When I went to Dr. Smith, he spent nearly an hour with me, first listening to me about my problem and then doing an examination. This is unlike going to most doctors who have the nurse do almost everything and then spend at most 5 minutes with you. He doesn't accept insurance, so he can spend his time caring for his patients instead of doing paperwork. I highly recommend Dr. Smith and Orono Family Medicine to everyone, whether you have insurance or not.“
“The staff is so kind, caring and welcoming. Cancer treatments are not easy and very emotional. All of these women were so compassionate and patient. They treat you with dignity and respect. I am so glad I was able to have such a wonderful team and staff to work with during one of the worst times. I am so thankful to have had them.“
“It is such an awesome clinic. The doctor is so great. His wife even prayed for us who she never met before for getting the green card processed fast. I am very grateful for what they have done for my family.“
“No waiting. Dr Holly Hanson listened to my concerns and had a prescription filled immediately. She also informed me of care instructions for treatment. Her team was informative also.“
“Had our first meeting with Dr. Taniguchi and it went great! He listens and explains things thoroughly. Can tell that he cares about the kids and the parents. My son had heart surgery a little over a year ago at 8 months old at another children's clinic whose colors are maroon and gold. Not once did they care about the parent's like he did. Dr. Taniguchi was the first out of MANY doctors to request getting a disability placard for us for ease of parking as he's 2 now and not able to walk yet because of his medical history. I was thrown off by his request because it has always been about my son. Highly recommend Dr. Taniguchi to anyone!“
“Dr Harl does not stop until he gets to the bottom of the problem! He loves his job and it shows! A rare find now a days!! Keep up the Great work Dr Harl!“
“Had some labs done, hospital seems to be in better shape with staff. Went very smoothly.“
“Urgent care has typical long waits. The staff is friendly and welcoming. The PAs and NPs are excellent and willing to listen to all your concerns. I bring my whole family here“
“PROS:Convenient location.Plenty of free parking.Waiting room was not crowded (I was the only person there).Receptionist greeted me promptly.Appointment was very speedy! They didn't need to see my ID or insurance card.CONS:Scheduling was a minor headache (which wasn't this location's problem).Since I was on time and there was no one else there, I was a bit surprised at how long I had to wait in the waiting room before being seen.Would recommend. 4/5 stars.“
“LABORATORY - 4 stars! This review is for the lab services only.I've used them several times because this is the closest Fairview lab to my home in the northwest metro.GOOD:1. I never have to wait long. I've always been in for blood draws quickly once I get to the interior lobby for the lab. My butt barely hits the chair before they call me up.2. The personnel have always been very friendly.3. Amazingly, my pokes have always been flawless - no pain, no hematomas, no problems.4. The lab tests have always come back lightning fast. The results show up quickly on My Chart.NEEDS IMPROVEMENT:1. Making an appointment on the phone is a pain in the butt. Be prepared for long wait times, lots of button pushing, and possibly being transferred to a different number and doing it all again. I recommend calling at non-peak times or trying to do it on-line through My Chart.2. The people at the main front desk (not lab staff) that check you in are sometimes bitchy and unfriendly, frequently looking like they might be sucking on lemons behind the counter. It looks like their job sucks. (Personally, I think I'd rather work in a coal mine than do their job.) I'm not sure if I should feel sorry for them or if I should be irritated because they can't maintain a friendly demeanor.Overall, thumbs up for all those hard working "Lab Rats" (an old, friendly biology term for lab workers)!-Daddy Maxx Retro(“
“After nearly 30 years of being misdiagnosed,I was finally listened to, and diagnosed correctly. My life is not perfect, nobody's is, but for the very first time I can honestly say I feel good. Actually, most days are really good. I'm so grateful to be going here and for being put on the correct medication for my condition. I did not know life could be anything other than depressing, chaotic and stressful.....and well now I do ????“
“Being this was my first visit at the Allina Clinic in Ramsey I felt comfortable and welcomed by all staff I encountered. I'm very happy that I chose Allina Ramsey as my primary clinic.“
