“Kevin came out and we had to make a difficult decision to keep our micro filtering system at our current home because the new homes filter for the furnace was much smaller. So One Hour heating and air did a great job giving us a discount to place a new system in our new home. They made this experience much more easy to live with which I give Kevin(supervisor) credit for keeping their customers as satisfied as they can. Great job. Kevin Turner did a wonderful job explaining what I should be doing right now with the micro filtering system to remove any paint smells from new house and as usual did a professional job making sure we were satisfied. “I contacted Air Comfort About replacing my 33-year-old furnace and air conditioner. The next day there salesperson Bryan came out and explained to me the various options I had for replacing my system. As a former installer, he was able to tell me the benefits of various systems and sold me on a high-end 97% efficient furnace and a heat pump. With the nice rebates and tax incentives the project was well within my budget. The next day two installers showed up and did a great job of removing my old system and replacing it with the new equipment. They did a great job and cleaned up at the end. I couldn't be happier. “Phenomenal service. We had a gas regulator leak that needed to be replaced; gas turned off at Fri at 10PM in Feb. They not only took our call that late but they had someone at our house before 9AM the next morning. Friendly and supportive as well.“

“Bought my home in Elk River with a LuxAire LX series high efficiency furnace and A/C forced air system that was installed by Phil's 2 years earlier (2010). Ten years later I had to replace the A/C capacitor which is very typical. I had Aquarius do an A/C tune up and the Freon was low about 2 Lbs. Not sure if hardware is leaking or the lines connections. I was told the "A" coil in the furnace was re-used, probably the previous owners decision, and needs to be replaced since it's dripping water on the furnace heating coils from the pan above. Looking for quotes on new A/C system now. I guess these systems really do only last 10 - 15 years. The install work looks to be top notch. I plan on having a Carrier system installed now.“

“Called them with a problem with my furnace leaking water and they were at my house in 20 minutes. Problem was fixed in 1 hour from the time I called them. Thought I needed a new furnace but they fixed everything for under $500. Highly recommend“
