“I live in Ramsey - not CA. This review is for previous haircuts I have had at Ramsey Great Clips for the past several years. The stylists listened to me, wrote it on my card, and gave me just what I wanted. I really appreciate getting a cut and it doesn't look like a fresh cut - too short! Thank you! However, I am giving a -1 star rating to the haircut I had last week. The stylist read my card, I told her I did not want an "old white-haired lady cut" - really short and close to the scalp. My card said to cut 1 inch off leaving 3 inches. She must have read it wrong, because she cut off 3 inches and left 1 inch! It looks like I've been scalped! I have a big event coming up this weekend, and my "hardly any hair left" looks terrible! It took a long time to grow it to the length I wanted! I'm so disappointed! Linda S. from Ramsey“

“I’ve been seeing Carley for a couple years now and she has always been wonderful. She’s easy to talk to and does a wonderful job. As for the salon itself, I’ve always been warmly welcomed and have never had an issue arise. When I’ve called I’ve been helped quickly and had no issues with that either. “Meg is absolutely outstanding. Last week I took my 92 year old grandmother in for a haircut. She had no idea what she wanted and Meg was so patient. Asking questions and just really spending a minute finding out what grandma wanted. My grandma doesn't get out a lot so it was a special event. Not just going to get a haircut quick but something special. Meg treated my grandma with so much dignity and respect and kindness. When they were done my grandma was over the moon happy. She felt so pretty and alive and like a real person again. We spent the rest of the day going into different stores and out to lunch and I could just see all day how pleased she was. It really was a special day and it all started at salon eleven with an absolutely top notch person named Meg. Thank you thank you thank you from the bottom of my heart.That pic is at Michaels later in the day. After she had put her scarf on and off 5 times. I got an all over color, and a cut and was extremely happy with how it turned out, it was exactly what I wanted! “Going to be honest, I have mixed emotions on writing this review. On the one hand Rico is an absolute boss and will give you an amazing cut. On the other hand now I might not be able to get him to cut my hair if you all load up his schedule . Seriously though, Rico is a super chill dude who is great to talk to and does an amazing job. “My wife sees Ashley here. She is very knowledgeable about color application and trends, hair texture, and knowing what styles fit a person. She is also very friendly and inclusive.The location has a few chairs in the waiting area but it seems like people don't wait very long here. Along with being close to many other businesses, there is a stair path down to the river nearby which has covered and uncovered seating. A waiting spouse has a good amount of things to occupy the time with compared to a strip mall salon.“

“This was my first time going to Kelly, and I am so happy I did. She is professional and friendly and the transformation on my hair was amazing. I had hair down to the small of my back and we cut off almost 10 inches, styled beautifully. My partial highlight really brightened my hair and really has made my eyes pop.I would definitely recommend everyone go see her!“

“My hair cut was done by Becki Bosch, owner of the salon. But the whole staff there is pleasant and helpful. The energy or feeling I get when I walk in is peaceful, light and uplifting. Becki love, love, loves working with curly hair so she handled my hair very well. I had a gentle massage with my shampoo, and she was very attentive to what I wanted. She styled it just the way I like too. I really liked how she did what I asked and felt like we really clicked so I went back. She remembered how I liked my hair cut but asked if I still wanted it that way. Impressive. She also remembered some of what we talked about last time as she worked - you know, beauty chair chit chat. It was great! I like the products she uses too. I recommended her to my curly-haired daughter. I'll recommend her to everyone - straight or curly! I just love Becki and her staff and salon.“
