We got on the phone with my insurance company and they sent an inspector who agreed with Jon's assessment. Now the roof has been replaced and it went smooth and looks great. When the roof was done, Elvis helped on getting a gutter flushed out so he and his crew went above and beyond what they needed to do and he also adjusted a couple gutter run offs. He also inspected our roof for any possible hail or other damage.
