The salon is beautiful! I see Lisa for haircuts and not only is she a joy to visit with but I always leave with an incredible haircut that makes me feel amazing!
I had some spa services there once and the fact that you get to hang out and go in the hot tub is awesome and I love how it’s a secluded part of the salon. I appreciate that the salon looks clean and well kept.
The only complaint I have is that I once came to the salon in the evening and the receptionists were having an unprofessional conversation at the front desk that was loud enough for me to hear. The staff at Gigi’s Hair Salon in Ramsey are always friendly and courteous. The service there is beyond excellent. Gina is my stylist. She is attentive to my needs, and has made a great effort to know me personally. I schedule my appointments months in advance, just to make sure she’s available, but honestly, I would feel comfortable having any one of the staff there cut and color my hair. I look forward to my appointments, knowing I’ll get the best hair experience there. Thank you, Gigi’s!
I received a facial service with Sam and it was wonderful! My skin looks and feels so good now. I took advantage of the steam room and hot tub experience after my service. They even made me a tea! I’m so happy! Thanks Sam
