Very personable people from start to finish. They searched for exactly what I was looking for in tile and found it. The tilers were exacting and accommodating. The fireplace looks great.
I was in need of tile surrounding my fireplace. I sent messages to several companies requesting a quote. Joe came out the very next day and before long Tommy and son came out and did the work beautifully. I am extremely satisfied with the job, quick response and the pricing. I will definitely call again for my next flooring project.
The entire process from start to finish was so smooth and we were kept informed throughout. Jacob, our installation professional, was on his own due to a colleague out sick. He tackled moving giant furniture out of the way on his own. I couldn't be more impressed with his positive attitude, professional work and respectful communication. He moved the furniture back into the room when the carpet was done and even vacuumed. The next time we need flooring, we'll be sure to call Floor Coverings International again! What a great company to work with.
