“I never really write reviews. However, Scott lake deserves one. They have been absolutely amazing for our pit bull mix Roxi. Dr.Tom has been the best vet we have had. Always goes the extra mile and takes his time and is very thorough with any visits. I recommended this place to my family and my 16 year old family dog was brought in as well. He is usually shakes and hates vets but nope not here. He was nice and calm and did super well here. The staff are all helpful as well. It may be a little more expensive than other places but it is worth every penny.“

“We can't recommend Crossroads enough after they cared for our dog Fred for so many years. He wasn't exactly an easy patient with two knee surgeries and continuous random issues. Throughout it all the entire Crossroads staff was wonderful to work with and so sweet with our gentle giant. We were extra impressed by Dr. Michels who went out of her way to make sure Fred was comfortable in his last few years. Thank you Crossroads for everything you did for us and our sweet Fred!“

“My dog got a nasty gash on his leg that needed immediate attention. They agreed to see him with only an hour left until closing. Even though he had never been seen there before. They cleaned his wound and gave him stitches and a cone. Pain pills and antibiotics to take home. They all stayed 40 minutes past closing so we wouldn't have to come back the next day and leave the wound open over night. I highly recommend this Pet hospital and their affiliate France Avenue Pet Hospital.“

“We had been bringing our pets to another local place for 20 years but decided to seek out a new place after a series of missteps from the previous provider. We found Total Pet Wellness and have been coming here for about a year now. We’ve been satisfied with the service, the prices and level of care from the doctor and her team. The place looks a little shabby from the street view as it’s in a former house and the property isn’t overly well kept on the outside. Don’t let that scare you away as inside the place is nice and the staff friendly and helpful.“

“One of the best in the area. The vets and assistants are all very pleasant and right to the point. I previously had a small complaint regarding the quality of the cremation service they used around April when my bulldog passed. We unfortunately had another recent passing of one of our childhood pets but I was very pleased to see when I picked up her ashes that it came with a lot of sentimental items from a far better cremation service (Pets Remembered). I brought my concern regarding the old service to Dr.Rozendaal during a prior checkup and it’s nice knowing that something was done about it.<br>Thank you“

“This place is the best vet! They figured out a health issue that my cat had that no one else had figured out. Whenever I have taken my cat there, the doctor is always honest and straight to the point with how to care for my cat but you can tell he truly cares about the well being of the animals. His assistant Alex is also very helpful and super nice and kind as well. I needed referrals sent out for my cat and they were on top of it. Even people at other pet stores recommend him! If you want a vet that truly cares about their patients, then go here!“

“Our dog is basically allergic to everything including humans (not joking). Although it's been an expensive and stressful journey McKeever staff have been super sympathetic and helpful. They really took us from feeling hopeless and helpless to optimistic! Also our dog loves them despite them poking and prodding her every visit.“

“I HIGHLY recommend Brent/Claws Paws and Hooves. If my horse could talk he’d recommend him too. He is an amazing chiropractor and horses love him. He truly takes time to get to know the horse before he adjusts it. He is also great about informing the owner what specific things they should work on for their horses needs.“

“I recently boarded my aging dog while on vacation. She was near end of life and needed additional care. The facility brought Ruby to Pet Crossing concerned she needed to be put down. Pet Crossing's doctor called me immediately, provided me her cell number, and worked with me for options to care for Ruby. Ultimately, Pet crossing took care of her all day and sent me numerous photos and videos showing she was doing very well until a friend could pick her up. They helped manage her pain and developed a plan for my friend so I could be with her at the end when I returned. Pet Crossing was extremely compassionate, went above and beyond with their communication, and I felt were reasonable with their fees.
