Unbelievably great experience! I am a full time traveler in a camper with 2 pound puppies. I was at the end of the flea/tick/heartworm meds and needed to re-up. I made an appointment for the next week. I received a text from them to confirm and to send in any medical records I had. Great. The lobby was closed ( I assume for remodel) when I made the appointment. They asked that I stay in the car and call when I arrived.When I got there they brought out some paper work, I called when completed and they asked me what I was looking to do and how the dogs were feeling /acting. We have been Scott Lake Vet Customers for the past 10 years. Over that time we have seen a few Vets, but over the last few years shifted to Dr. Zack. He is personable, takes his time to explain the pets health and always helps explain all of the options. The techs and staff are very friendly and take great care of our pets over the years. I'd recommend!
