I woke up to an error message on my PC asking to select a boot drive. Upon resetting, I was able to boot ok, but then I got a BSoD a few hours later. After a few hours of troubleshooting in the BIOS, booting in safe mode, etc, the situation eventually degraded until I couldn't even get a post.

Michael was super awesome and picked up and dropped off my computer with no issues at all, he quickly found out what was wrong with it and everything was sorted very quickly and the entire service was very affordable!

Now I know why Michael has all 5 star reviews! He worked on a network and wireless printer issue I’ve had for three weeks. Everything up and running better than it was (when Best Buy set things up). Extremely knowledgeable, efficient, technical, polite and explains things well. I highly recommend him for any technical needs!
