We hired Prior Lake Heating and Air Conditioning for our annual tune-up, and they went above and beyond. The technician was extremely thorough and discovered that one of our furnaces was on the verge of failing. He didn’t just give us the bad news—he walked me through the actual measurements and explained everything clearly.

Whenever we have needed service, they have always been amazingly prompt. The fellows that come to the house couldn’t be more polite and more thorough with their explanation of work. They are family owned, and I recommend them as a first call.
Absolutely prompt and fantastic service. We have had HVAC service from other bigger companies who do a lot of advertising. Never again. This is a small, local company, and they were incredibly knowledgeable and professional. Their pricing was very fair, and their was no upselling…just straightforward honest talk. We’ll be calling them for all future HVAC issues.
