“The doctor was very nice and I was very satisfied. What I am not happy with is the options for making an appointment. The website says that you can make it through texting, which is preferable for me as I'm often in front of students. So several days after requesting an appointment be made through texting, they called me. I was in front of students. So I called back, got put on hold and I left a message saying I had about 10 minutes before I would no longer be able to talk, again requesting the texting option. 4 days later they called back. I'll still be a patient here, I've been going to them for 65 years. Just wish the appointment/website information was more accurate.“

“Went in to browse at Sun Glasses and was greeted by with great customer service by Diana. Diana noticed my sun glasses and commented on how I liked my Ray Bands and let her know how they were hurting my head so was thinking of getting a different pair. She told me put my pair on and noticed they were not adjusted properly and proceeded to adjust them, which did the trick. Although I did not buy a pair this visit, I'll for sure return back to this store because of the friendly employee who did not push to sell but truly was friendly wanted to help.“

“After the Great Pause that was 2020 - just a little optical pun there - I was long overdue for new classes. Tom was very helpful and knowledgeable, which I really appreciated. I bought my first pair of glasses for computer use and felt that he guided me to some great frame suggestions. “Dr. Scheper is the sweetest woman. She is warm and welcoming from the minute she says hello. She was quick and efficient with my exam, and explained what she was doing while she was doing it. She advised me how to get the best lenses and prescription for my eyes. Rachel was amazing at helping me get the best deal on my new glasses, especially helpful since I couldn't use my vision insurance benefit quite yet. Last time I was here, she and Maria helped me pick out the perfect pair of frames. I just love those two! I'm getting the same frames this time around!
