I contacted Mike’s for a home sale inspection of the septic system and was assisted by office staff member Robyn. She was very helpful and courteous in booking the short notice inspection as I had a four day inspection period. Robyn contacted me a day later and informed me that through her research she had found an inspection had just been completed two months prior and submitted to the County. The system was deemed in compliance. She then advised me that the info was public, which was news to me as I have never owned a property with a septic system. This company is the best! Robyn took my call cheerfully at 4:30 am and understood the urgency of my situation. When Matt and Matt came out, they diagnosed my drain problem very quickly and got to it. You could tell they are experts! And they are nice guys! The problem was bigger than I had thought but they put me at ease and had it fixed within an hour! I’m so pleased and so proud of this local Prior Lake business!!
Mike’s Septic has been servicing our system since 2016 and they’ve always done an Excellent job!!!
Setting the appt with Robyn was a breeze and they were accommodating to my schedule.
