“We had the BEST experience with Above All. From the moment we stepped inside their store, I felt like they genuinely cared about our needs. Frank, the owner, greeted us while we were chatting with the sales associate. He wanted to know our needs and how they could help.<br><br>After we decided to go with them, we had a concern about squeaky floors in our soon-to-be nursery. Frank assured us they could fix it. Sure enough, Jason and Frank showed up the day before install and they worked diligently to fix the squeak. They weren't going to leave until it was fixed! The dedication and care was just so great to see. They fixed that squeak and install went great! Our carpet looks great and they followed up to make sure we were happy.<br><br>I couldn't recommend this company more for your flooring needs! “We recently finished our basement and are LOVING the luxury vinyl we selected from Unique Wood Floors. In the rest of our home, we have hardwood floors (red oak stain). I searched for a red oak luxury vinyl that would match our upstairs and happily landed on Unique Wood floor's website. Christian M. was very helpful during our first conversation and he was readily available throughout the entire process (from ordering a sample to figuring out what sq. ft. we would need for the project). We are very happy with the results and if we need flooring options in the future, we will definitely go back to UWF!“

“We worked with Kurt on what was initially just a backsplash project. The backsplash process was smooth and easy. Loved being able to go and look at tile samples, as well as bring a sample home so we could see how it looked in our house. Once we received our tile, the team had it up and grouted in a day and a half. It looks great!<br><br>We also really appreciated Kurt’s flexibility. What was initially an ask for just backsplash turned into a few additional projects. He also helped us install a new faucet in our kitchen and vented our microwave out of the house. Our smoke alarms used to go off every time we used our stove and since having it vented, they haven’t gone off once. Kurt checked in multiple times through the process to make sure everything was going well and to check the work/progress of the team. We will definitely be using Kurt for projects in the future!“

“Had beautiful Shaw carpet, Color Statement II, installed on 2 levels of our house through Floor Coverings International and Matt S worked with us and was wonderful throughout the whole process.Matt was professional and knowledgeable and patiently listened to our concerns and carefully guided us in choosing the right color, carpet brand, and carpet quality. He made several trips to our house with different samples for us to consider.The carpet was installed on the exact dates promised.The installers were amazing workers. They did a beautiful job stretching the carpet; there is absolutely no rippling or buckling and the finishing all around the perimeters are outstanding.They vacuumed all the floors at the end and swept up the garage as well, where they had stored the discarded and new carpet and pad.We did, however, have great concerns about a seam that was placed 6" in front of two doorways instead of straight under them, and also some other seams that were showing too much to our liking, and shared this with Matt. He arranged for a seam specialist to come right away, and after this specialist worked his magic, one could only see the seams when actively looking for them.Due to our unhappiness about the "misplaced" seams, Matt worked with us and adjusted the final cost so we would come away from the total experience as satisfied and happy customers.The important lesson learned here is to ask questions ahead of installation where the seams will go, and anything else one might wonder about; I will certainly ask for a drawing of the layout next time so there will be no surprises after all is said and done. But I'm trustful that will not need to happen any time soon.Thank you, Matt and your team, for all your hard and excellent work. We love our new carpet!“
