“WOW!! I have never been more impressed with a doctor’s office than I was today (and I am not one to leave reviews but this deserves to be told)!! Every single person that helped me was above and beyond kind, helpful, comforting, personable, and made me feel like I mattered. First, Lisa M. helped me get started running several thorough tests explaining everything to me with great care and knowledge. I felt bad about the number of questions I had for her and she took the time to go into detail and talk to me. Talking to her I felt like I had known her for years and I was talking to a friend. Next, I met with Dr. Krueser who was phenomenal!!! I couldn’t believe the amount of detail he went into AND the fact that it was the end of the day and I was clearly over my appointment time already that didn’t seem to bother him one bit. He had the best ”bedside manner” I have ever witnessed from a Doctor and spoke to me as a person; with care and genuine interest in the conversation. I felt like I was in great hands, I fully trusted his judgment, and actually enjoyed my time there learning so much! Since my appointment took a bit longer with all of my own questions and I was never hurried along or cut off, we were now approaching business close and I assumed I would just come back another day to pick out glasses but, no. Dr. Krueser himself, walked me back out to Taylor E. to pick out my glasses and made sure to relay any important information to her that I may have mentioned during my appointment to ensure I got everything I needed and had the assistance I needed. Taylor was FABULOUS!!!!! Let me tell you…..I thought I only know my style and nobody could help me choose a frame that I would like but she understood me more than I did myself! She thoroughly showed me options, never rushed me, offered even more options above and beyond what she had to do, and was honest. When you have never had to wear glasses before and at 42 now you do it’s a big deal and you want to feel like the person helping you isn’t fake, trying to just sell you something or hurry and get you out the door. This was NOT Taylor. Working with her honestly made me feel like I was in a designer store shopping with my friend for something fun. She was honest, helpful, kind, knowledgeable, and here there was, the third person I interacted with during my appointment who went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and good about my choices. I will hands down never go anywhere else for my eye care and will definitely spread the word about my experience to friends, family and acquaintances about my experience so others can get that same treatment and exceptional experience I received. Thank you to all of the staff at Goldsmith Eye Care in Prior Lake, MN for making this a memorable and comforting experience for me……the team sure is lucky to have you with them and to have the honor of working alongside you!!! “Today was my first time visiting the optical center in the Burnsville store. We needed to find a set of new frames that would match the lenses my son had from a pair that had broken. We had heard from a friend how helpful the staff is at this location, and that is exactly what we experienced. Zein was SO nice, knowledgeable, and not at all pushy. He really cared about what we needed in a new set of frames and made sure what we were choosing was the right fit for my son’s lenses. While we have not visited here for an eye exam, if the rest of the staff is as great as Zein is (which other reviews seem to suggest), we will certainly be coming here for all of our future glasses/vision needs.

I couldn’t help but overhear the interaction between the attendant and the patients who were checking in using the tablets. Some were struggling with the process and others weren’t. The attendant was very professional and patient with everyone. She should be commended for the excellent communication skills she used. I also overheard her name: it is Noel!“
