We recently completed a home remodel project with Jay and the team at Build It Pretty, and we could not be more pleased with the result! Jay was referred to us by friends who had recently used him on a project at their home, and the recommendation was spot on.
Our project was a complete remodel of the second floor that included removing ceiling popcorn, new carpet and trim, a complete bathroom tear out, and master bedroom built-ins framing a new fireplace with a floor to ceiling stone hearth.
One of our biggest concerns was living in the house during the remodel. Jay completely put our minds at ease. His crew maintained an incredibly clean work environment, with dust barriers meticulously placed and daily cleanups that left the rest of the house spotless. It was truly remarkable how minimal the disruption was to our daily lives.
The project was finished on time and under budget, but this was not even the best part of working with Jay. Throughout the project Jay guided us with his experience and vision from the initial design to decision points that arose during the remodel. All of the crews that worked on the build were extremely polite, professional, and their craftsmanship was excellent. The vendors to whom he referred us also were excellent in helping us guide our project details for plumbing, carpet, and stone. We are so pleased with both the quality of work that was done on our home and the people who did it. We highly recommend Jay and the Build It Pretty team and will not hesitate to use them again in

Went in for an appt. Waited 20 min but they had pastries to sooth and it was worth the wait. Other nail places had ruined my nails, but Linda was very good at listening to my concerns and addressing them. After dip and gel polish, they look like a million bucks! Thanks Linda. Amazing work by Von Companies on the finishing of my basement. Tom and Jake helped me every step of the way and got everything scheduled and completed ahead of schedule and with a high degree of quality. They always would clean up the work area after they were done and the people who came to work on my basement were always friendly and accommodating. I am super happy that I went with this company and look forward to work with them in the future! I have been enjoying my newly finished basement!

We have nothing but praise for everyone from ALD, Inc. who worked on our landscaping project. Laura listened to us and delivered a design that surpassed our expectations. Once they actually started digging up our yard, everything went really fast. The guys that worked on the yard were phenomenal. I've never seen anyone work as hard as they did, paying attention to detail, redoing if it wasn't quite right, and taking pride in their work. And they did it in really hot weather. Mallory kept in touch with us throughout the process, answering our questions and informing us of any changes. She made site visits as well, checking with us and the workers. We were impressed with how well everyone communicated with us, listened to our input, and followed up on questions or suggestions. We would wholeheartedly recommend them.

We had Bob and his crew take down a 25 year old Ash tree and a Maple tree from our front yard. They did such an amazing job! There weren't any ruts left in the grass, they ground the stump down enough so there wasn't any hump after we laid new sod and they cleaned up so well you would hardly know they were there. Our neighbor used another tree service to have her Ash trees removed and had to have them out another 2 times to grind her stumps and the mess they left was ridiculous. Our quotes were within $100 of each other. I am so happy we went with Thomas Tree Service. I highly recommend them.

They did an amaaaaazing job removing and grinding the stumps of 5 ash trees infested with EAB. We expected our yard to be torn up and our irrigation system destroyed, but they were so precise and careful that everything is still intact. They were very reasonably priced as well.

I never really write reviews. However, Scott lake deserves one. They have been absolutely amazing for our pit bull mix Roxi. Dr.Tom has been the best vet we have had. Always goes the extra mile and takes his time and is very thorough with any visits. I recommended this place to my family and my 16 year old family dog was brought in as well. He is usually shakes and hates vets but nope not here. He was nice and calm and did super well here. The staff are all helpful as well. It may be a little more expensive than other places but it is worth every penny.
