The available procedures for cataracts are many. It’s somewhat confusing when reading about it. Dr. Folden took the time to explain each one thoroughly which made it so much easier to select the one best for me, and made sure all of my questions were answered. Also commendable is his way of putting me at ease. Eye surgery is scary to think about. I felt so comfortable and confident about it after visiting with him. All of the staff was so friendly. I love it when you go somewhere and it’s clear that everyone enjoys there job!

Had a detached retina with complication, Dr Stephens looked at me on a Sunday and found a specialist Dr Ryan Jr at phillips eye institute ( it was that bad) to operate the next day, if not for his dedication, commitment, and action, I would never see in that eye again ( as stated by multiple surgeons). Edina eye recently ( Dr Stephens) recently operated on my good eye and I am currently in the healing process. sight is very important, strongly recommend the Edina eye team, and regular checkups.
