THEY MADE MY LAPTOP LIVE AGAIN.
I've had my msi gaming laptop since 2020, and after seeing 10 years worth of use from me in a 3 year span it seemingly died at the end of 2023. In February of 2024 I thought I'd take it in out of curiosity to see what part went out and they brought it back to life, no attempts at upcharging or screwing around, it was like I brought it to a family member to fix. I'm posting this review a year after I brought it in and my laptop is still alive and kicking. Thank you guys for your knowledge and expertise, I will forever recommend you to anyone I know.
Took my slow and noisy laptop to F1 and they replaced the cpu fan and installed a new ssd drive. Now my laptop is quiet and as fast as it was when it was new. All my files where cloned to the new drive. Did I mention they were very competitive? I am very satisfied.
Only great things to say about F1. Very easy to deal with, prices are very reasonable for what they do, and best of all, they are honest and trustworthy. Only place I plan to bring my computer issues and only place I plan to recommend others to go for computer issues.
