Overall I am very pleased with services and providers including those at the desk, etc. Today I have made a dozen calls to order a prescription and no one answers. Those on scheduling have tried to help but to no avail. What's going on???
nice clinic, im hoping to find the doctors or PA’s know what they are doing, because the folks in the office don’t. I’ve been going there for the past year & tried to see my lab results in smart chart but I couldn’t be found in the system. they don’t even know I exist.
Please update your patient portal. Today I am trying to contact my PCP with non-emergent information/request and the portal will not allow me to send a message!Now I have to call and wait on line for who knows how long, then transferred and hope I can get my message accurately to my provider. If I could send the information through the portal all details will be delivered in a more succinct manner with less confusion. PLEASE ADDRESS THIS.
