Hi, I live in Eden Prairie, MN, and hired Viking Chem-Dry after speaking with Gary about my concerns. Beloved aging pets can have accidents, and that's when you hire Viking Chem-Dry. They answer your call, arrive on time, very professional, yet not chatty. I was lucky enough to have Jesse clean my carpet and treat the pet damage. Great work. Super responsive when I called over the weekend and came out Monday. Didn't think they would be able to remove several deep charcoal stains, but they did. My carpet looks like new.
