Very easy to work with ... great showroom and inventory. I've worked with multiple different designers at the store ... all talented and pleasant. And the have all the product and know how to help get the job done.

I have had a great experience with this company so far and Michelle has been very helpful and fun to work with. She Returned my call right away and spent a lot of time with me. I really appreciate it.! I’ve been to a larger competitor nearby and was not treated very well. So I would highly recommend Tile by Design in Plymouth.

This is the tile shop for honest, helpful design advice. I have been shopping here for all my projects since 2011 and I have yet to walk into this shop and not be met with friendly and professional customer service. They give functional suggestions such as...you might want to consider 2"×2" tiles for you curbless shower floor to avoid slipping, even though you chose a tile with surface texture as shampoos make tiles more slippery. The tiles they carry are quality. Its a smaller shop, so I took one star off as their selection is a bit less than some other places in that area. But I highly recommend stopping in, especially if you need design advice.
