Tile By Design

Besides the usual great help with tile color & sizing, Victoria helped us pick our 45-degree shower wall accent tile (glass 'swish' pattern) and its grout (to make sure we saw the accent & not the grout) & thinset (white to ensure glass tile colors were true), and it all came out amazingly eye-catching & eye-pleasing. Just as hugely important was a generous 'save' she made on my ordering mistake (I did the wall math for our busy Tile Guy), by giving us some samples of our same color tile that would fit in the 2 big shower niches perfectly, to enable completion on schedule. If she had not found & given us these samples, we were doomed to wait for another opening with our contractor. As it is, we LOVE it, and it's done & ready for the next phase (shower doors etc). The 'caring' is real at Tile-by-Design (and of course, Victoria Mott), and we needed that TLC plus! :-)
