She was patient while I pondered many options and came back to the first in the end - which she found! I trust her completely. She worked within my budget. Also, the installer (Russ, who was recommended by Jennifer) was fantastic. He was super creative, artistic, and meticulous with how he pieced together the complicated patten on my stairs and landing. He was fairly priced.
Carpet purchase could not have been easier or more pleasant. Brenda shared her knowledge about the different types, the pros and cons, and what people have been leaning toward. She helped narrow down options quickly. She happily let me take as many samples home as I wanted and let me keep them for several days. The pricing at ProSource was as good, if not better, than Costco and the variety was impressive. ProSource also set me up with installer options. Carpet arrived quickly - just wish the installer had more availability so I could have the new carpet now. ;) Definitely will go back when I'm ready to redo the kitchen counters.
Very friendly staff, large showroom with many different styles and collections of flooring, countertops, cabinets, and hardware. Taking samples home for a day at no cost is great to see what things look like in your own lighting and space.
