I don’t think people share good experiences enough these days so I wanted to make it a point to do so. Major kudos to Tami at this location of Pilgrim cleaners. She calls you by name, makes you feel welcome and appreciated, has such great energy and such a great smile! I hope you can reward her in some way because let me tell you… Customer Service is lacking out there… She’s a keeper! Thank you!

Tammy and crew are the best. I've been going here for two decades and they know how to treat customers. The central facility has misplaced a piece on rare occasion but it is quickly found and made right. WOuldn't trust any other.

Tammy helped me with servicing my unique blanket. I was so grateful for her kindness, taking time to listen and understanding my needs. I’ve gone to other dry cleaning companies where I’ve been treated like a number. However, I would recommend this center because of its friendly and caring atmosphere. Thank you.
