Park Nicollet Urgent Care Plymouth

Got great care here. The facility is clean and waiting room has reasonable spaced seating so you are not jam packed in with others. The staff is helpful, knowledgeable, and respectful. The provider I saw did a great job of describing my issue, gave me two prescriptions which he said would clear up the problem and it did. The reason for only 4 stars instead of 5 is that they are not open on weekends at all.

The doctor here is exactly what I need when I can't get into my regular doctor. I've seen her several times and have been treated with respect with her down to earth approach every time. She makes me feel heard and understands what I'm feeling. She presents a treatment plan and let's me know clearly what to do if things don't get better. The front check in staff is very friendly and helpful every time I've been here.

This urgent care is not good. They want you in and out and dont spend any time assessing the information. I find their staff to be impersonable and uncaring. Plus, they do not return phone calls or do any follow ups. Overall just not good.
