I visited the Plymouth PBT location yesterday and had the best experience. David was super pleasant and knowledgeable and was able to help me figure out what exactly I was looking for as well as showing me around that location. I have been to other locations many times and have been met with some resistance when figuring out the best options for me (some also haven’t been very friendly). Even though it is further for me to travel, I will continue to go back to this location for future visits.

All the high end beds I go into have broken airflow & the owner NEVER fixes them! Some of the beds air flow have been broken for YEARS! Rooms: 20, 18, 10, & 9 are the only beds I tan in & ALL of those beds air is barely coming out & broken! This is unacceptable to have such low airflow & broken! Get a new maintenance person or something. Please fix!!!

I love this salon! All of the girls are so wonderful and helpful. They are always accommodating me in every way possible. I have visited other locations and this Plymouth location is far superior!
